Shipping Policy

Shipping Information
For the time being the shipping is partially dependent on outside force beyond my control for the moment. We will find ways to limit this annoyance as we continue to expand with your continued support.

Due to this and high demand, shipping times sadly may be inconsistent with what is said. We will still do our absolute best to work through these problems to deliver orders to you as fast as possible. 

We will offer FREE SHIPPING as a reparation to you for our failure to deliver. 

What you will see on the product page is the likely time the order will arrive under. Orders are currently taking between 14-30 days to arrive. 

* We currently only ship to people in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

On very rare occasions deliveries to countries outside USA can take up to 40 days. This however is very unusual and FREE SHIPPING will be give as our apology to you as stated above.

Delayed delivery 
In very rare instances, packages may take longer than stated. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we beg for your understanding and patience should this occur in such cases.
Reasons for such occurrences include: severe weather conditions; traffic, roadblocks, or events; technical glitches; holiday issues, surges, or holiday breaks.

Any mistake made by the customer when giving shipping information such as wrong address, the wrong name that is the direct cause of a shipping issue will be at the expense of the customer and the refund policy won't apply.

PROCESSING 
Once we confirm payment we will begin processing your order within 48 hours
After your order has been processed, we will arrange for your package to be picked up by our shipping company.

Tracking Number
Once your bags have been handed to our courier, you will receive an email including your tracking number. 

CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel your order.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us due to being refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and sufficient information for the item to be delivered correctly.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery. 
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not responsible for delays that may occur. Any cost associated with customs is to be paid by the customer.

SEPARATE PACKAGES
An order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: 
- Certain items may be on backorder.
- Weight restrictions. 
- Different designers and warehouse locations. 
This will not affect the shipping priced displayed at checkout.
